    B7协同刺激分子及其相应受体结合所产生的信号在调节T细胞活化及效应性细胞因子分泌中起重要作用，具有负性调节作用的协同刺激分子对免疫应答的适度进行、防止自身免疫疾病的发生具有重要作用。
    B7H2可协同刺激CD14 + 细胞增殖，并分泌IL-4、IL-5、IFN-β、TNF-α、GM-CSF和IL-10等细胞因子，但不能协同刺激T细胞上调IL-2的分泌。

    ICOS ligand (inducible T cell co stimulator ligand) is a member of the B7 family and the immunoglobulin superfamily. Human ICOS ligand is expressed by activated monocytes/macrophages and dendritic cells. It binds to a CD28 like receptor, inducible costimulator molecule (ICOS, AILIM, CRP-1), which is expressed by activated T cells. This interaction plays an important role in the T cell costimulation pathway.
