    高半胱氨酸蛋白61是富含半胱氨酸的分泌性肝素连接蛋白，是CCN家族成员之一，属于生长因子诱导的即刻早期基因，有明显的促有丝分裂和趋化活性作用，有诱导成纤维细胞增殖和分泌细胞外基质等功能，可促进细胞增殖、迁移、黏附、分化和细胞外基质（ECM）合成的作用，在新生血管及肿瘤形成过程中起着重要作用。

    CYR61 is a secreted, cysteine-rich, heparin-binding protein encoded by a growth factor-inducible immediate-early gene. Acting as an extracellular, matrix-associated signaling molecule, CYR61 promotes the adhesion of endothelial cells through interaction with integrin and augments growth factor-induced DNA synthesis in the same cell type.
