产品介绍

Ly75 is expressed in spleen, thymus, colon and peripheral blood lymphocytes and causes reduced proliferation of B-lymphocytes as well as acting as an endocytic receptor to direct captured antigens from the extracellular space to a specialized antigen-processing compartment. Ly75 is also detected in myeloid and B lymphoid cell lines and isoforms 2 and 3 are expressed in Hodgkin and Reed-Sternberg (HRS) cells (malignant Hodgkin lymphoma cells).
