 FPR1属于G蛋白偶联受体家族成员，参与细胞信号传导，激活MAPK通路，免疫应答。
 FPR1 (Formyl peptide receptor 1), a Chemoattractant Receptor, mediates chemotaxis, degranulation, and superoxide production, as part of the inflammatory response. Bacterial N-formylmethionyl peptides and Annexin A1, specific ligands for FRP1, attract polymorphonuclear neutrophils to sites of infection. FRP1 promotes the phosphorylation and downregulation of CCR5, which has been shown to inhibit HIV infection. Therefore, ligands for FRP1 may be able to inhibit HIV infection
