  TDAG51参与活化诱导的细胞凋亡，具有促进活化T细胞凋亡的作用,在免疫自稳中发挥重要作用。TDAG51基因在体内各组织中或多或少都有一定的表达,但其功能目前还不清楚，有待于进一步研究。
