P2P-P又称PACT即P53相关细胞蛋白（P53 associated cellular protein-testes derived）， P2P-P蛋白是p53的负调控因子，而且在细胞生长和胚胎发育，细胞分化、前体mRNA剪接、周期阻滞、凋亡过程中起到了重要作用。
P2P-R/RBBP6 (Retinoblastoma- binding protein 6; proliferation potential protein related; p53-associated cellular protein of testis; Proliferation potential-related protein; Retinoblastoma-binding Q protein 1; Protein RBQ-1; My038; PACT; Protein P2P-R;) interacts with p53/TP53 and RB1 (By similarity).
