产品说明
HOXA10 (homeobox protein A10) belongs to a class of transcription factors called homeobox proteins. In vertebrates, homeobox proteins are found in clusters called A, B, C, and D on four separate chromosomes. Expression of homeobox proteins is spatially and temporally regulated during embryonic development. The gene encoding HOXA10 is part of the A cluster on chromosome 7. HOXA10 is thought to play roles in regulating gene expression, morphogenesis, and differentiation. In particular, HOXA10 may function in fertility, embryo viability and regulating the hematopoietic lineage. Additionally, a specific translocation event resulting in a fusion between the gene encoding HOXA10 and the NUP98 gene has been associated with myeloid leukemogenesis. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for HOXA10
